hi there! my phone was acting really weird yesterday. i couldn't open my mentions in twitter so i had to to a hard reset on my device. when the reset didnt work i tried quickpull, i also deleted the twitter app and reinstalled it after. still had to do a hard reset after though because uninstalling and stuff didnt work. everything was fine after so many hard resets. so yeah.
my phone was working fine around 7 this morning, was able to use it for my alarm and text but when i checked again around 9, it now showed jvm error 545. i tried removing the battery, didnt work. i googled and it said i had to update my os or or was prolly a software glitch. now im facing a new problem since it prompts me to enter my password to unlock the device. i cant unlock my device cause it wouldnt accept any of the passwords i gave, i tried my pin, my blackberry id password but nothing. i have 4/10 password attempts left and i really dont know what to do anymore.
this something to do with my twitter problems from the other day? please please please, i need your help. what should i do? how do i fix this?
