Wirelessly posted (BB 11020)

Reinstall the OS to the computer and reload the OS to the device.

In order to achieve this you must first press the send key to have the call logs display, after that, you can hold the send key for 2 seconds and it'll bring up the address book.

P.S. Thanks for the tip, i didn't know u can bring the address book this way.

Uhh...no. I just did it again on my 8320. From standby, or the homescreen or wherever, just hold the green send button down for two seconds. That will pull up the address book.

Not with .81, at least on my 8310. It worked with the previous versions. With this version you have to press the send key first, get to the call log screen and the press it again and hold for 2 seconds and the address book pops up.

This really should be moved to the main thread as it is not beta and has actually been released (in Fiji of all places).

I guess I was just unlucky, perhaps something got corrupted during the flash. I'll have to try it again one of these days.
