Hello to all,

I've been using Palm for several years & just got a BB Bold. I do need yr help on birthday alerts.

When i input a new contact with the birthdate, hw do i link it to my calendar and hw to attach an alert? With the Palm its an automatic link so when i go to my Palm's calendar, i know who's birthday and there's an alert to remind me.

It is also automatic. When you save the birthday in the BB or Outlook if you sync with that, it automatically gets added into the calendar.

and if they put the birthdays on facebook, they will automatically be placed on the calendar.

Strange... i saved birthdates in my Contacts but it doesn't show on my Calendar at all...... Hmmmm????

Oh i found out that when i sync my contacts fm MS Outlook to my BB, the birthdates gets in my new Contacts but not in my Calendar. If i manually input the data in my Contacts, then only does it automatically shows in my Calendar. Weird!
