Default Upgrading BES Security to AES

This looks like a fairly simple - change the setting- reboot the server

Can people share experiences of what to look out for here:

1) Whats the hit like on the server when the keys for all the users upgrade
2) What % of users get corrupted by the process and need to have their profiles rebuilt
