I just got a blackberry 7250 at a verizon store today, before I left the store I made sure everything was working fine and I could send and receive messages and browse the internet.

Now I just turned it back on at home and I'm getting an error message saying "data connection refused"

I was on the phone with data support and they tried everything under the sun but still no fix, my case has been bumped up to the next level and I'm awaiting a callback now.

I am able to make phone calls but no data.

Sounds like a data plan provisioning problem. Hopefully they'll be able to help. It's either that or VZW is a Gamec*ck company.

Yep same here, have been having problem with my data for like 2 days now... cant get no emails.. cant even use my internet browser either. ( tmo 7290
