I am using the trial version of Garmin Mobile for my Bold. I really like the features but I wanted to know if anyone know how to get the miles remaining to destination to show. I know it shows the estimated time of arrival but I would really like to know how many miles are left to go. Thanks

I know what you mean..I REALLY want this feature too. It shows you the mph speed of travel, but if Im using it in the car, I dont need it. i think miles to dest is MUCH more desirable.

I really have a problem with Garmins routing. It takes you on the craziest routes....you'll be driving down a highway, and it will tell you to exit, drive like 5 miles out of your way, then get back on the same highway!

I was using it last night out in the boonies where there was no phone signal.. I could not even load up Garmin as it authenticates to somewhere when you load it, and since there was no signal, it would not load. Nothing like being lost and not having a GPS.

So here's the reply I got from customer service. Not very promising.

I will be happy to help you out with this. Unfortunately there is no way to adjust the data fields on the map page in the program. Unfortunately the program the program will only display the distance to the next turn and not the distance to the destination.

Yup same reply I received. Also interesting is that you need to maintain cell coverage in order for the app to continue tracking, otherwise it just hangs and gives you an error that it could not authenticate.
