I have been trying to download a word doc attachment from gmail and I keep getting a message(could not start content handler). Please help

How big is the document? I think that i have seen that message with large documents. Try sending a small file and see if that will open. In essence, try to eliminate some competing variables.

It is not big at all, just a small word document

I have the same issue. I have a BB Curve 8320. I do not have a data plan. When I attempt to download an attachment from Yahoo, Gmail, etc, I get the error saying "Cound Not Start Content Handler".

I have searched high and low for an answer to this problem, but no luck yet.

Anyone have any ideas?
