That is from RIM's mouth. Looks like this site and others need to quit relying on Boy Genius for "reliable" news. No delays, never were any delays and August is the planned release date.
EDIT: Go to Betanews in that link and you get this quote:
"But in speaking with BetaNews last night, Van Drunen denied any knowledge of overheating problems. "I don't know where that's coming from at all, but it's probably from somewhere in the blogosphere," according to Van Drunen."
Again, just because a blogger reports it, it is not news.

You have a real attitude on this forum, if you have issues take them somewhere else. I merely stated facts, which news sites jump on any scrap of info and report it as news, which is wrong. No need to be a smart aleck.

Reason: watch your language and name calling.

Awww, did I hurt your feelings? I'm sorry about that.
RIM had slated, internally, a launch of June 25. Obviously they didn't make it. On the other hand, with a release date of "Summer" they can release it up until mid to late September and not have it delayed. They never went public with June 25th, or any other specific date.
