Default Lock button too sensitive too?

Please Login to Remove!

There are threads about the function of the lock button, but do others find it too sensitive too? I find it even more sensitive to press than the standby button on the other side. I tend to hold the phone when typing with my left index finger resting on top left edge of the phone. Damn thing keeps locking!

Wasn't a problem on my 8900 as the buttons were harder to press and not right on the edge.

Same/typical for others, or should I get an exchange you recon?

Wirelessly posted (White and Nerdy)

Same for me and prob all. RIM raised the buttons on top to give the device a more rounded look. This also made them more sensitive....

I use a clear plastic case that protect the phone as make it more difficult to accidentally press the button. It's like $6 on Ebay.
