I have a 8100 pearl with AT&T, when i go to use my camera all i see is white, i see the buttons and everything just the whole screen is white.

I've tried taking the battery out, installing new updated OS, there is no water damage...

anyone have any idea what could be wrong??

It might be hardware (the lens). there is nothing obscuring the lens is there? What happens if you go ahead a take a Pic...what shows up?

I had a similar problem a couple days ago. It turned out that it was too bright outside so when it took the picture it was only white. Since the top and bottom of the screen is white when viewing pictures it looked like a white screen. I had to go into the options menu and change the setting to outdoors or something like that. Not sure if you are having the same problem or not.

ive message around with all the settings (indoor,outdoor) u name it, doesnt change anything,

The screen is completely white, when i take a picture it too is completely white.

As far as i can see nothing is blocking the lens.

nm, I see you have loaded a new OS, etc., pull the battery.

How long have you had the device? Could just be a bad camera.
