Hello all!
I picked up my BB yesterday. Cant say it has been easy trying to get my BlackBerry to work 100% with my MAC! I got the pocket mac so it can communicate with it but I cant use the bluetooth to connect. Also I would like to use my BB as a moden. What software do I download for that and will it work with mac? Any suggestions?

Hi! Welcome to BBF.

You can not use the Bluetooth on a BlackBerry for anything beside audio wireless headsets and some new Bluetooth keyboards that just came out. There is an entire BT section here with tons of information.

There are several huge threads here already on using the BlackBerry as a modem. At this point, I do not believe there are any Mac drivers for using it as a modem.

Check the sticky threads - there are lots of discussion about both Bluetooth, using the BB as a modem and the Mac.

Not sure if anyone has written a script as yet to utilize a BT Blackberry with a Mac if try a search something might turn up? As for syncing with your Mac and PC's for that matter BT communication has been crippled on the Blackberry to accept headset communications only for security reasons.
