Hi,

I am a junior administrator which is new to BES5 + Exchange 2010. Recently received user reported delete email only Outlok doesn't affect BlackBerry and email delay deliveried to BlackBerry.

Seems its due to Bes5 didn't receive MAPI Notifcation from Exchange. Can help provide some hints on how can we check what's go wrong?

E.g. In what log should i check whether BES received MAPI notification or not?

The mails seem not to be pushed immediately, but only delivered through a rescan (that happens every 15-30 minutes). Detailed explanations and solutions to this problem can be found here:

What is your exchange version (SP and RU)
and what is mapi version you have on bes server.

MAPI CDO 1.2.1 6.5.8211.0
