First off, I just want to say these are the best BB forums on the net. Everybody here is extremely knowledgeable and many of your posts have helped me numerous times. Thank you.

Right now I am having a Lotus Notes - BES issue. I think the problem is that I have made two users roaming. Since doing this, one user can no longer get her vCards into her address book. When she clicks on the vCard and hits Save, it acts like it is going to save it but then when you look for the new name in her address book, it is gone. Another issue she is having is that her lookup feature will stop working and her e-mail will stop coming through and I have to delete/undelete her sync service book and then it works again.

The second issue is with the other person I made a roaming user, he cannot change his Welcome Page in Lotus Notes and have it save. He can make the changes but it will not save.

I believe these issues are because I made them roaming.

Does anyone have any ideas on what I could try to resolve these issues? Thank you kindly!

Not sure what the first issue is, but for the welcome page one...

When you enabled roaming, it makes a copy of the bookmark.nsf on the server. My guess is that it isn't replicating properly or, the desktop.nsf in notes on the client is corrupt. Leaning more towards an issue with the bookmark.nsf.
