It were ages before I could find how to post a message. Everything is fine with my BB but all the e-mails I have sent return with a "undeliverable" message problem: 5.10 Unknown address error (which cannot be as I have sent lots of mails to this address previously with my computer) and 553 Authentication is required to send mail as "my address". Don´t know what it means. Please help.

What BB are you using and most importantly, which carrier are you in?

Depending on that information, members here could tell you exactly what is going on and on how to help you solve that problem. Until then, we need more information.

But it seems like that you might not have completely set up your BB's email account... or probably a lost service book?

Thank you guys. My BB is the 7100g. The carrier is Telcel. Where do I go to check if I missed something during the instalation process or configuration?
