Default How to reset the unlock counter ( if the 10 tries is used)

Please Login to Remove!

I have the unlock code ( MEP2) , but the counter has reached 0. how can I reset the counter, so that I can put in the code and unlock the phone ?. It is a blackberry 8100 from T-Mobile

Unfortunatly, that phone can never be unlocked. There are 10 tries and it's over. Sorry.

Ater ten tries it is permanently locked. I have heard it can be only unlocked by RIM at this point, in their possession.

How about if he wipes the phone and reinstall the os and start all over with 10 tries is that possible

Is there a solution if the counter was at 1 or higher if you can't remember the code?
