Select the 'System' font and save it. Then pick whatever font you want and it will be smaller than the listed smallest size.
You can tell that it's smaller by looking at the settings screen. With BBCasual on the normal size 7, there are 13 options listed on the screen. After doing the 'trick' there are 15 options listed on the settings screen.
I do the same 'trick' but with BBClarity/antialiasing... love the font

Oh, I like that, brother. I think that far too few people have explored this great font. I set up some of my friends on BBCasual 10 Bold Antialiasing (which is what I use) and none of them have switched away. Nothing is clearer for reading long emails and everything else looks ugly to me now.

am I the only one this trick doesn't work for?
I use BBMillbank 7 and if I switch to system and switch back the smallest font I still have is BBMillbank 7. sucks cause the old 7280 i could go down to 6.
