Can someone help with this problem? I want to receive personal email and notification on my BB. The set up wizard does not have an option for this. Thanks

You need a blackberry data plan to have email pushed to your phone

I am not on a BES plan. I did set up the att.bb account. i found that for att, I have to be on a bes plan to get email push to the bb. thanks.

On your home screen go to > setup
click > Email Settings
Before you are able to setup email you have to Create a new account
Once account created you are then able to set as many email accounts you have and can also categorize them
