Default Problems with App after Update...We Need some Help, Please!!!

Please Login to Remove!

My daughter just updated the software on her 9630 to 4.7.1.61, I believe, anyway now one of the apps will not work. It keeps saying that she has a 7 day trial or she can register. However, when she tries to register with original code, it says it's invalid.

I've tried restoring the data because she did a backup before updating but that does not work either.

Help! She got the original App from Crackberry and it is the BerryBuzz. Why do these BB software updates mess up your apps???!!!

Thanks

You should contact the developers of BerryBuzz and explain this to them. Honestly, they're the only ones who can really assist with registration codes.

So anytime you have 3rd party apps on a BB and you have to do a software update, this is going to happen? Wow!

So she needs to contact Crackberry...I'm not sure what you mean by "contact the developers".

So does anyone have any other ideas. I really hate that she bought this app since the developers obviously are not good with customer service.

Anyone else know something she can do to get this app to work. I mean this is horrible that BB has these software updates that mess up your 3rd party apps that you have paid money for.

Go to their website. I have been using BerryBuzz for quite awhile and they have always been very responsive when your use their website.

Bellshare - Premium BlackBerry Apps

Additionally, I would delete the app from the phone and download and install it again from Mobihand before I got too carried away with the folks at BellShare.

Well there is no way to download the app again without purchasing it again so we need the folks at Bellshare to help.

Hasn't anyone else had this happen with a 3rd party app and gotten help from the developer? Because this bunch is not helpful at all. We just keep getting bumped from link to link but none of them help.

I've never had to get a new code unless I actually switched BBs with new PINS.

Well I would not have thought she would but the app now acts like it's a trial version and will not let her input the original activation code without giving her an error.

I went to Bellshare but when I put her info in it says this is a valid PIN number and that's all I get.

The email I got from customer service said this is an automated email and customer service reps don't go here to read emails. Well what good is that??!!!

We bought this from Crackberry website...we do not want her to have to pay for this again.

I don't understand. You should be able to log on to Mobihand, or mobihand at CB and then resend the link for the .jad file to your phone via SMS or e-mail. I have deleted many apps and reloaded them from my account at MH including BerryBuzz.

Even if it is a new BB, which it is not in this case, you can just change the PIN on your account and send the apps to your new phone registered with the new PIN?
