I have owned this phone for 4 months now and it has been treated excellently. There is one nick at the back top left of the phone and a very little one at the bottom of the phone and bottom left corner, can basically only be seen if you look hard at it.The screen itself has no scratches whatsoever. I am currently using this phone on T-Mobile but is unlocked to use any carrier, 3G only works on AT&T. It is updated to the most recent firmware 200.21.118. I will factory reset the phone before it is shipped out. I have no feedback here in the forums but do have eBay and HoFo (HowardForums).If you have anymore questions and/or concerns feel free to email me! Pictures can be provided if asked.
