Hi,

A PA in my company needs to access her Managers inbox, contacts and calander on her BB. Is this possible?

I was thinking its fine to do the contacts by syncing them from his pc.

Any help appreciated.

This has come up a few times before in other threads. One mailbox to one device in a BES environment.

If you're on a BES/Exchange you can grant the PA access to the manager's calendar and sync via USB as a secondary calendar. It should work the same for contacts as well but I doubt that it will work for the inbox.
