Lightbulb Storm 2 9550 Activation issues

Please Login to Remove!

I changed my mind about going with AT&T 9700 Bold 2 so I ending up going with Storm 2 9550 just got it today then I edited profile to change it so no confusion to be done.

I tried pressing *228 like 12 or 13 times and it keeps saying Activation has not been successful, does anyone know why? its very interesting device I have to say that. just have to get it going. solutions? ideas?

You've removed the battery to reboot?

What are you seeing on the homescreen?
