Hello John,

Thank you for contacting SanDisk. We have received your email and viewed the
photos. The card in those photos is authentic. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact us at 866-san-disk.

It says new on the site. I got this email from SanDisk verifying that it's a genuine SanDisk. It's not that big a deal. So they vary in price. That doesn't mean because another company has it for more or less that one or the other is a rip-off. Buy from whomever you feel comfortable buying from.

Yes it does! Wait, is that the device where I can easily remove the battery and insert the SIM card in? Adjacent to the memocard insert? (who said I can't give smart answers to smart questions )

IN JC defense I order all the time from newegg and they have retail and non retail versions of just about everything.... It's the same spankin new stuff just without the packaging and stupid little retail books they include...

Yes, they are New and that is what the seller claimed it to be and it is indeed verified to be authentic. The question was all about the bulk packaging which was a huge concern to me. Because had SanDisk confirmed these to be BRAND NEW in Bulk Packaging, I would have to pull this item off the BlackBerryForums.com Current Promotion. We want to give the best deal to our members and non-members, and if we can't give that to them, what's the purpose of doing it.

And yes, better judgement. Some consumers would not mind buying at a less price and some consumers go with brand new stuffs where price is not their issue.

LH, there is no need to defend John. We are doing this for the good of the forum. Inform members of what is out there. There is no "correct" post here, just right information

And both John and I are right. His as being New in Bulk Packing, and the one I'm carrying for BlackBerryForums.com Current promotion as BRAND NEW in retail packaging. Just those difference.

Whats the issue here??? I am so confused about now, I need a chicken salad sandwich....

Bulk, smulk.... It's authentic, end of story in my book.... So it did not come with a little book in the pack that tells you how to protect and unprotect.....

You two settle down, JC is suddenly quite. I have the feeling that he is either emailing CS of SanDisk or calling them on the phone.

I have a feeling that to John, this isn't over yet.. hehehe

HAHA... that really made me smile.

John, that's good. Always go with what works for you At least you didn't buy the "Pet Rock" from ebay

YouTube - "Ebay" by Weird Al Yankovic
Now that would be a disaster.

Ok, I went back and read this whole thread again.... I am a little slooooooow....

This all started because JC found a better deal than the one offered as a discount to BBF members?????

May the price war begin and then maybe we can get one for 3 smackers if we are lucky....
