My trackball will not scroll left! I don't think it's a dirt issue because it wont even attempt to scroll left at all. I have reset my device twice today by taking out and replacing the battery to no avail. Any tips, or should I return my phone for repair? I'm with Sprint, they finally got the curve, which I've been wanting for so long, you all think I can get my sprint insurance to replace my 8830 with a curve? After all it is cheaper than the 8830 on Sprint's website.

The RIM recommended way to fix that is the press firmly while scrolling IN the direction it does not want to go. Often it is simply lint or such. Good luck.
