If you are using BES, make sure MDS is enabled.

If you are using a hosted BES service, MDS should already be enabled. But if you are using a BlackBerry provided by your business, you need to make sure the administrator enables MDS.

After that, everything in Verichat is pretty self explanatory (i.e. AIM login and password, for example)

Everything (mds) is enabled, I'm still getting the "could not find a service book entry for IP" message.

Make sure you have the IPPP service book on your device (Options->Service Books) If it isn't, you'll have to have your BES administrator resend the service books.

I'm still stuck dead in the water. The BES admin is unhelpful. Is the service book something that the folks at Tmo could send? Or is it BES exclusive?
