I have a world phone and noticed a "1" on the left hand side of my o and + key. Would anyone please shed a little light on this for me?

I have the 8830 but replaced my original Verizon Silver keypad with a black one and I don't notice anything like you have mentioned on this replacement keypad.

as for the 1, upon closer inspection it is a scratch formed perfectly in the shape of a 1.
