7290, transfer email attachments

I'm a new blackberry user, we have it so when we are out of the office we can still recieve email.
The one thing that I need is to be able to get attachments off the blackberry onto my laptop. Is this possible ?
Say someone sends me a pdf, sure I can look at it on blackberry, but what if I want it transfering to my laptop ? Can that be done ?
Or can I set my laptop up so that new emails are sync'd with the blackberry ? ( The blackberry would send all new emails and attachments so my outlook client on the laptop )
