Anyone know where I can find the device software? I have an 8830 for Sprint.

I looked at the blackberry tech stuff on their site, and my problem with bbery messenger "may" be fixed by updated the device software. They claim there's an issue at times with the software that comes preinstalled on the device. I have the latest Desktop software... but can't find the Device... anyone?
