What the hell is up with the terrible blackberry service. They have given loads of excuses, but no solutions. I have a blackberry and been very happy with it. But I am starting to have my doubts. The first thing you supposed to do is switch to your backup system immediately when the primary crashes.
OMG. They can't even get that right. Now they are down and holding millions of people to ransom for it. No one, including those who rely on it for business purposes are screwed. WTF. What the hell is going on? Can they not hire the right staff, or is the equipment not up to date enough or what? FIX IT BB.

I don't get why they are struggling. They have a backup system. Why not use it for what it was intended. Why do we all have to struggle and suffer due to them either hiring id10ts, or morons for project managers/managing engineers that are supposed to make sure the crap works. They supposed to create seemless integration, and make sure that a backup is in place running parallel to the primary, so that if the primary stops, the backup automatically takes over. OMG, i know that, and I have all my systems running like that. I have not had a break down with a downtime longer than 30mins. Hmmmmmm......... maybe someone should show them how its done. LOL. Today Blackberry Blackout day 3. WTF.

Equipment failures happen. Not much one can do but live with it.

I assume that none of you have ever experienced something this? If not, it is time you have.

Just chill. Doesn't you or anyone else any good to get your knickers in a knot over this.
