Is there no way to customize the columns in the BES 5 admin console? I specifically want to add in the phone number for devices.

that is already populated by default when u activate a device. are u referring to when u do a user search, showing the phone number in the results?

Have you applied SP3 yet? It completely changes the results matrix and makes the view much more like it was in BES 4 BlackBerry Manager.
