I called CS and i told them i tried to upgrade online and i kept getting an error and he told me that the online has been having issues and he would be more then happy to take my order over the phone..So we went through the process.I was only eligible for a partial discount..because i brought a pearl in May..So i had a choice 449.99 no contract or 399.99 2yr contract. So i opted for the 2yr T-Mobile has always treated me good so i have no issues..Total came out to 449.99 after taxes and 15.00 for express shipping..Phone should arrive mon or tues..Now i gotta grind to get the bill down...

Nope, a quick call to customer service and they placed it on my bill. I've been a customer for just 13 months also, so I thought they'd want me to pay up front as well since it was $400. I have 2 lines, upgraded another line 3 days ago with a Pearl (for a gift) and today the curve, both won't get charged to me until my next billing cycle.

Netx months bill is going to be a doozy lol

Now the store here has them but they refuse to sell them before Wednesday... tried to tell them that they were available online and the official date was Monday but they weren't interested.
