We have a client who has an email on his blackberry but not in outlook. We think he deleted the email, and when we sync with outlook winning, the email on the blackberry stays there...any ideas?

Does he empty his deleted items on exit? if the message isn't in the deleted items when a reconcile is run, it will stay on the BB.
