You have not indicated this, but for now I will assume that your device is on BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) from your office. If this is correct, it is an IT Policy setup by your IT Dept that has restricted access for Web Browsing Access. One way to determine if there are IT Policy Restrictions on your device; complete the following steps: Scoll to Options - Click > Scoll to Security Options - Click > Select General Settings - Click > Scroll down to IT Policy Name: " " This provide info of any possible restrictions.
