Bes 4.1.6

Hi all ,

my curve 9300 is activated on our bes .
I now added a private email account including adress book sync and calendar sync.
When now looking at my service books is see:
[sync]
[cical]
Both are ok, record type is activ
[cmime]
Not ok, record type is disallowed.

Result of this : When receiving private email on my smartphone, i can read it, but i dont have a "send" option, so i cant reply.
Business mails work fine, no problem, only problem with private email.

Does someone know if there is a policy for this ?
Or any other ideas ?

already sent new servicebooks, doesnt help.

Probably blocked by the company IT Policy. You would need to chat with your BES Admin.

You should know that it isn't a real good idea to use a company provided BB for personal mail, etc.

I am the BES Admin
But i dont know a policy that could block this.
Do you know a policy for that ?

Just tested it : Perfect, corrct answer
The cmime servicebook is now on active and the mailicon for the private email is now on the homescreen.
