Unable to Restore data to my 8120

I had my Tmo 8100 stolen yesterday so I replaced it with a Tmo 8120 today. My 8100 was backed up to my HDD via DM and I was hoping it would be a simple Restore to the 8120 but no such luck. I installed the newest version of DM and when I attempted to restore the 8100 back up file to the 8120, it gets as far as "transferring" then the BB shuts off, reboots and the DM said "unable to transfer" right after stating the Device ended the connection. I have tried numerous times using Advanced options, etc. Same thing. It shuts down and reboots each time. I have soooo many entries in the Password Keeper that I need, too, amonst other things such as the Address Book.
I have searched the forum for similar experiences with no luck. I would suppose my first question would be can you Restore data to an 8120 that was backed up from an 8100? They are both Pearls even though they have different operating systems. Any idea's?
