Has anyone been able to run the Wachovia Mobile banking application on the 8800? I can access wachovia through the internet, but it is not as robust as the actual mobile banking application provided by ATT through Wachovia. When I launch it, a bunch of odd looking characters appear on the screen.

I have Bank Of America which has a mobile app which works well. However, I seem to prefr the Opera Mini browser view to do my banking. Just a suggestion.

Application as in you guys are referring to something that can be installed or web based interface for "mobile" phones.

Chirayu, it is an application that can be downloaded from the Wachovia Banking site. It resides on the BB itself.

I have the Wacovia Mobile Banking App working perfectly on my 8820 and not over WiFi but just EDGE. I signed up at the Wachovia site, it gives you instructions on where and how to download and the authorization number. It all worked perfectly and I depend on it every day as it shows all of my accounts.

This is the only thrid party app I use!

gregg, thanks for the info. unfortunately, it does not seem to run on the 8800. I thought they were pretty much the same. What version of OS are you running?

just go there from your BB browser, its just a launcher with the b of a flag icon that brings you to the mobile site.

The wachovia site isn't supported on vzw/8830. I tried downloading the other day when they sent me an email about their new app.

Does anyone have the .jad file(s) for the Wachovia mobile banking app? I have T-Mobile and was unable to find a workaround even after getting the link when I said I had the 8330 (Curve) for Verizon. I was hoping that the downoad would work for my 8320.
