Jad and alx problem

Hey I currently dont have media access on my phone so i can't download things ota and i cant put an .jad file to my phone it has to me .alx. I know converters for pcs but I haven't found one for mac. Is there one? Or can anyone help me I would really love to have these things on my phone but can't get them there.
