There's no way to do it "by one step". You have to do them one by one. Note that only the contact name and phone number are transferred to the SIM card. Any other information (email, address, etc) is not transferred.

You have to do them one by one. And you can't "automatically save new contacts to sim memory".

To save a number to the SIM card Phone Book, follow these steps.

Open the Contacts.
Open the specific contact you want to save to the SIM.
Highlight the phone number.
Press the Menu button.
Select "Copy to SIM Phone Book".
Save.
Repeat as needed.
