This unit has only three weeks use on it, was never dropped and was very well cared for. I purchased it on a gamble, it just looked so cool. However, I didn't like suretype at all; this was an expensive way to discover I need qwerty. Paid full cancellation fee to dump Rogers (aka Robbers Wireless) and go back to my Bell Mobility 8703, but I do miss 8100 series advanced features.
