Hi,

Trying to set up another email account and the email setup takes me to a login screen with just the word "login" at the top left corner! This is a brand new BB bought at a Verizon store. Set up the first email account just fine. Now this Login screen?

Does the same when selecting Browser.

Any ideas?

cause telus is having the same story and on top of that I am not getting any emails (since 12pm)

I think it is asking you to log into your BIS account to add the email account.

my problem is that i have tried every username/password combo i typically use and none work...how do u find that info?
