I have already done several searches and did not find anything 1) specific to my issues or 2) that actually resolved my issues...so please spare me the "go search" speech...

Issue #1: Any time I receive a call it say "Unknown number" how do I change this to actually display the persons caller id...were or not they are in my address book?

Issue #2: I cannot dial my voicemail. Any time I dial my voicemail the Blackberry 8700c give an error message that reads "! cannot connect 123"

Issue #3: I cannot dial any phone numbers. Any time I dial a number the Blackberry 8700c gives an error message that reads "! cannot connect 8185551212"

Issue #4: I keep getting the "Data connection refused"...I know when I power up my phone it goes from T-mobile to "Data connection refused" now I know this might show up because i dont have a data plan yet...as I read on the boards...might this be affectin whether or not i can make a call?

If the phone number is not displaying, check to see if you have content protection enabled.

Options>Security>General Settings

This option encrypts all data on the device so phone numbers from your address book will not show if the device is locked.

I would call your provider with this....Maybe a bad SIM(?)

Is there any reason you're not calling T-mobile's technical support??? That would be the first thing I would do, if I had such serious problems.
