What the title says. All of sudden I was talking on the phone and was able to send and receive emails and was able to instant message with AIM. Coolllllllllll

Tried it two days before and it was a no go... I knew i was able to do this stuff if i least have a EDGE signal. But it just started rolling in as of yesterday

It was crazy using all the radios on my phone. I was on my bluetooth, getting emails and talking over UMA.

Works for my wife as well....I want one!!!

My wife just bricked her iphone and decided that maybe i was right and the blackberry is the best thing since sliced bread. And she went out and got a new 8320, and now i am really want one. but i just got my 8830 not to long ago so spending money to leave vz and losing 3G don't seem worth it. plus i spent like a month fighting to get my sim unlocked for my trip to south Africa a few weeks back. funny part didn't even use my phone the whole week i was there, got like one email and then was forced to put the device in my bag until the trip was over (never get married they just want to run your life)

I want the same option but without a data plan it just does not seem possible to get my aim and yahoo working on my phone. I also can't figure out how to get gmail or even yahoo to work with my phone. For all of you who do enjoy theses services w/o a data plan, please explain how it is done. Thank in advance.
