I'm trying to set up a Level 1 Notification filter that alerts me (regardless of the profile) if an email sent to me from a particular person contains the word "urgent" in the subject line. I cannot get it to work. Any ideas?

If so, at the bottom is has "handheld" and under forward to handheld there's a checkbox for Level 1 Notification.
