I just got a blackberry and I put a O2 pay&go sim in it and I set the sim up put 10£ on it and downloaded blackberry app world updated BBM, subbed for text and web and when I go on BBM I can sent people requests but they don't get it what do I do it says I have blackberry tariff included when I top up can some one help me :(

Please do not use text speak and let everything run together with no punctuation, capitalization or sentence structure.

You will get a much better response if we can read and understand the problem.
