i have an unlocked storm that i have connected to t-mobile. when i try to log onto aim (aol instant messanger) i get an error message saying "service not enabled for this hanheld" someone please HELP ME!!!

Did you purchase a BlackBerry data plan for the device with Tmob?

I also have the same problem with my 8100 it is an unlocked phone from att i have full data plan on t-mobile every thing works but the instent messengers no trouble with facebook app or other apps that use data just the aim app and or the t-mobile instent messenger apps it says my phone is incompatable and is not an 8100 when i try to download it
