Using local SIM ( WCDMA ), setup dial-up already, but failed to connect, the help info mentioned the failure because of roaming.

I'm in Indonesia,I bought a Verizon 9630 here.
i will try to set up the BB as instructed.

Do you have a DATA PLAN with your carrier in Indonesia?
Does your carrier support tethering?

here the operator is 3 Indonesia, I have already applied data service. I think there should be something setting in BB.

Then you should contact your carrier to get the proper tethering information from them.
