Default Back Cover

The back cover on my BlackBerry 8700c is a bit loose. (This is a replacement for my original one.) Is there a way to purchase just that back cover...or would it do no good aanywaya.

Would you get yet another one over something as minimal as that?

Thanks, but no...though I have the extended battery and cover, and that too is a little loose, making me think it may be the phone, not the cover.

Slide a small piece of paper in there- fixed. I use a piece of my business card.

This is a known issue...

Not sure if you know about this but RIM does sell the battery door.

My door is loose as well. This is a common problem with a lot of phones (my old Nokia had the same problem). Take johnfromphilly's advice and try using a business card or strips of paper to build up the gap between the battery and the door.

Just be careful to add layers slowly- don't want to jam too thick a piece in there and then have troubles trying to get the door back off again!

Thanks for everything...appreciate the additional cover info, but the business card did the trick!

Apparently all BlackBerry 8700s...I've tried it with both regular and extended battery.
