I recently switched a user from a 7250 to a 8703e. Since then her calendar will not synch from the handheld to outlook. It will synch from outlook to the handheld. We're using BES for exchange. I've tried redoing the enterprise activation, disabling and renabling wireless synch for the calendar, I've even wiped the handheld, nothing seems to be working. I've checked and everything is setup for bidirectional synchronization. I'm running out of ideas. Can anyone give me some suggestions?
create another email profile for the user in outlook. open the bb desktop manager and point the calendar to the new profile. set it to wireless sync. chances are it's an outlook profile issue and not an issue with the bes or her device. i've seen this happen before.

You may want to look in the Outlook mailbox that contacts do not have images, etc. It can cause problems with syncing.
I found this answer on another thread here- just upgrade Desktop Manager software to version 4.2 - and it takes care of the problem, with no need to delete google appts or attachments to appointments. Enjoy!
