Default BES error after upgrading to 5.0.2

Please Login to Remove!

We upgraded our test environment from 4.1.7 to 5.0.2. I keep getting a crazy error for all my users. Does anyone know what this is or how to get rid of it?

We had the exact same issue after upgrading from 4.1.7 to 5.0.2 + MR1 + the most recent security fix.

We found that it only happened to the Blackberry Bold 9700 phones. (8800, 8820 and 9000 were all ok)

The problem phones were all not getting policy updates from the server. The only way we found to fix the error was to re-activate the 9700 phones.

Try to regenerate encryption key on devices
KB10836-How to regenerate encryption keys on a BlackBerry smartphone activated on a BlackBerry Enterprise Server

If that doesn't work reactivate users on BES
