i have a BB 8800, the problem is that when sumone calls me, he gets a "not responding" msg from my side. I thot that problem mite be with the carrier, so i reinserted my sim in another set and i was able to recieve calls there.

i have reloaded the OS as well but the problem persists. my wireless network is also turned ON

what could be the problem?

well if you reloaded the OS and still have the problem that seems a bit weird but i was thinking you may have the firewall enabled or the "do not disturb" feature enabled which is pushing all calls to the not available message.

where can i find the "do not disturb" feature???

well i have checked the dnd option and it is disabled.

any other suggestions please?
