Ha. I'm sure you got tired of waiting 10 mins for a page to load, just like I did. Welcome back.

Hahahaha and we all know how moody juwaacks can get.
I AM NOT MOODY!!

(Ok, maybe I am until I have coffee)

If JC had listened to Stinson about the machine, none of this would have happened.

Or Tom and JC could just get another power strip for their flight and scuba simulation machines...

The server still needs a few days to recover, it was hit rather hard and is still processing some logs.

Was running very slow in IL earlier. Still sort of slow now but I believe it is my internet connection now instead.

I am on slow motion again as well since last night. From home and office, so I am sure it is not the connections. Besides, we run a DS-3 out to the Internet here and I am one of only 6 with total unrestricted access.

Here is my test:

Last Result:
Download Speed: 38064 kbps (4758 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 4867 kbps (608.4 KB/sec transfer rate)

Same here...in SoCal if that matters. It's extremely frustrating. Pages won't open, posts won't post.

I hope this gets straightened out...it seems like this site is more prone to problems like this than any other forum I visit regularly...

I have to agree with you - more prone to problems, and MUCH slower to get them fixed when they do happen.

Its absolutely atrociously slow here today - Dallas on a 12Mb connection with everything else I access working just fine. Times out half the time, finally loads after at least a full minute or two the other half.

And its now only one day shy of two weeks since the problem was first reported and discussed at the top of this thread.
